Born on the small island of Jamaica in the capital of Kingston, located in the Caribbean sea. No spoken-knowledge [ but mental-knowledge!] of the Creole, so don’t ask me to speak it–and yes, IT IS a language, so arrogant “perfect” English speakers can get of their high horses and go to blazes! Contain your random stereoytpical shouts of “No problem!” “mon” and questions of “Do I smoke weed and sit on the beach all day?”

No, not everyone on the bloody island is a Rasta. I’m not.

African-Jamaican. I despise “Black”. I am not a shade on your little, single-minded color-wheel. I am a person, with my own ideals, my own set of morals, and my own hopes and desires. You can take your “White” / ”Black” distinction and shove it.

Yes, I actually say the full thing–”Caucasian”, “Asian” “of African descent” and etc.

African-Jamaican first. Woman second. That’s how this world makes me see it, that’s how I live it.

Do not use the “N” word in my general vicinity or you will be destroyed. I understand its usage amongst others of African descent–to build unity, but I don’t condone it.

Linguist and doctor at heart. The Bachelor’s degree means nothing until this Fall when I enlist in the “Masters Forces” XD
